Jewellery & Fashion Accessories Merchandiser

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and creative Jewellery & Fashion Accessories Merchandiser to join our team. The candidate should have strong knowledge of fashion accessories and jewellery products, along with experience in product development, sampling, costing, sourcing, production follow-up, and buyer coordination.

• Key Responsibilities Manage merchandising activities for jewellery and fashion accessories.
• Must have strong product knowledge of Jewellery, Bags, Scarves, Hair Accessories, and other fashion accessories.
• Develop and present PowerPoint presentations and product concepts.
• Create and maintain professional Mood Boards.
• Handle professional email communication with buyers, suppliers, and vendors.
• Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Manage product development from concept to final production.
• Research current fashion trends, colours, materials, designs, and accessories.
• Handle sampling, costing, sourcing, and production follow-up.
• Maintain accurate merchandising records, product details, and reports.
• Ensure products meet buyer requirements, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
• Required Skills Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising.
• Experience in Jewellery, Fashion Accessories, Bags, Scarves, or Hair Accessories will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of product development and sampling.
• Good knowledge of costing and production follow-up.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with buyers and suppliers.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Email, and Internet.
• Strong skills in Mood Board preparation and presentation.
• Good English communication and professional email-writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of export merchandising will be an advantage.
