Job Description

Welcoming and assisting customers in-store or online

Understanding customer requirements, preferences, and budget

Explaining jewellery designs, metals, gemstones, diamonds, pricing, and offers

Showing products and suggesting suitable designs

Handling enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other channels

Preparing quotations and explaining making charges, taxes, discounts, etc.

Following up with leads and potential customers

Converting enquiries into sales and achieving monthly targets

Maintaining customer relationships and encouraging repeat purchases

Coordinating with designers, production, billing, and inventory teams

Keeping records of customer enquiries, orders, and follow-ups
