About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in Google Ads (PPC) campaigns specifically focused on Tech Support Lead Generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns to drive qualified tech support leads, maximize ROI, and ensure strict compliance with Google Ads policies.
- Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and optimize Google PPC campaigns targeting tech support services for call generation.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis tailored to the tech support vertical.
- Create compelling ad copy, extensions, and landing page strategies aligned with Google Ads compliance standards.
- Manage budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Ensure policy compliance with Google Ads regulations for tech support advertising.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align PPC campaigns with lead generation goals.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Mandatory Requirements3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads PPC campaigns.
- Direct prior experience in Tech Support Lead Generation campaigns (non-negotiable).
- Strong knowledge of CPC, CPA, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with analytics platforms and conversion tracking tools.
- Proven ability to generate high-quality inbound calls and leads for tech support services.
- International campaign management skills.
- Google Ads certification preferred.
