Job Description

  • daily sales, purchase, expenses, receipts and payments in Tally/Accounting Software.
  • Verify and post restaurant sales, POS settlements, cash and card transactions.
  • Reconcile cash, bank, credit card/POS and online payment collections.
  • Record and verify purchase invoices and expense bills.
  • Maintain vendor ledgers and perform regular vendor reconciliation.
  • Prepare payment schedules and assist in vendor payment processing.
  • Maintain daily cash and bank records and identify discrepancies.
  • Assist in stock/inventory accounting, including purchase and consumption reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with outlet/store teams regarding missing bills, invoices and supporting documents.
  • Assist in preparation and filing of GST, TDS and other statutory returns.
  • Maintain proper records for TDS deductions, GST input credit and vendor balances.
  • Assist in month-end closing and preparation of MIS reports.
  • Ensure all accounting documents are properly filed and maintained.
  • Support the Accounts Manager in audits and other finance-related activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
  • Required SkillsGood knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP and MS Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of GST, TDS and accounting principles.
  • Understanding of restaurant POS and online payment settlements will be preferred.
  • Good knowledge of purchase, sales, cash, bank and vendor reconciliation.
