1. Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Juice Maker who can prepare fresh juices, smoothies, shakes, and other beverages while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

• 2. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare fresh fruit juices, smoothies, milkshakes, mocktails, and other beverages as per the menu.
• Wash, peel, cut, and prepare fruits and other ingredients before use.
• Operate and maintain juicers, blenders, mixers, and other beverage-making equipment.
• Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the juice counter, kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
• Check the freshness and quality of fruits, vegetables, milk, and other ingredients.
• Monitor inventory and inform the supervisor about low stock or wastage.
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and proper food storage practices.
• Ensure timely preparation and serving of customer orders.
• Follow food safety standards and company SOPs.
• Minimize ingredient wastage and maintain proper stock usage.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer requests politely and professionally.
• Follow the store's opening, closing, and cleaning checklists.
• 3. Required Skills and QualificationsPrevious experience as a Juice Maker, Beverage Maker, or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of fresh juices, shakes, smoothies, and beverage preparation.
• Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and ingredient storage.
• Ability to operate juicers, blenders, and related equipment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy hours.
• Punctual, disciplined, and customer-oriented.

• Perform additional duties related to beverage operations as assigned by the reporting manager.
