Job Description
Handle sales for LAP (Loan Against Property) and Working Capital products. Generate leads through calls and references, understand customer business and financial requirements, explain suitable loan options, coordinate for documentation and follow up with banks/NBFCs until approval and disbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify leads
• Explain LAP & Working Capital loan products
• Handle customer queries and follow-ups
• Coordinate with customers, banks & NBFCs
• Achieve daily/monthly sales targets
• Maintain proper customer and case records
Required Skills: Good communication, convincing & negotiation skills, sales-oriented approach, and basic knowledge of loan products.
