Job Description
Laptop Repair Technician – Short JDResponsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair laptop hardware issues (RAM, SSD, keyboard, ports, screen, etc.).
- Install and troubleshoot Windows OS and related software/applications.
- Solve system errors, slow performance, network issues, and driver problems.
- Maintain basic service reports and handle customer queries.
Requirements:
- Experience in laptop repair and software installation.
- Strong knowledge of Windows setup, formatting, and driver installation.
