Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented Loan Telecallers to generate leads, explain loan products, and assist customers throughout the loan application process. The candidate should possess good communication skills and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers through outbound calls. 

• Explain personal loan, business loan and other financial products. 

• Generate and qualify leads from provided databases. 

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products. 

• Assist customers in completing loan applications and documentation. 

• Follow up with customers regarding application status and disbursement. 

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. 

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. 

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate. 

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. 

• Good communication and persuasion skills. 

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment. 

Skills Required

• Excellent verbal communication. 

• Customer handling and negotiation skills. 

• Sales and telecalling experience preferred. 

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn. 

• Teamwork and time management skills. 

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience).
