1. Job OverviewMy Mudra Fincorp Limited is looking for motivated and target-oriented Telesales Executives to handle digital leads for Personal Loans. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers who have shown interest in personal loan products through digital marketing channels, understanding their requirements, explaining suitable loan options, and guiding them through the application process.

• 2. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers from digital leads generated through online marketing campaigns.
• Explain Personal Loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and basic loan requirements.
• Understand customer requirements and identify potential loan applicants.
• Follow up with interested customers to improve lead conversion and achieve sales targets.
• Guide customers to complete their loan applications through the company's digital platforms or partner bank/NBFC channels.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction details, lead status, and follow-up schedules in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal sales teams and banking/NBFC partners for application progress and case status.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate product information.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, conversion, and disbursement targets.
• Follow company policies, customer consent requirements, and data confidentiality guidelines.
• 3. Required SkillsGood communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to handle outbound calls and digital sales leads.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Target-oriented attitude with a focus on sales conversion.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
• 4. Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Experience in telesales, telecalling, personal loans, banking, NBFCs, or financial services will be an advantage.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in an office-based sales environment at Karol Bagh, New Delhi.
