Job Description – Loan Sales & Tele calling Executive


About the Role We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Loan Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating loan leads, explaining suitable loan products, following up with prospects, and converting leads into successful loan disbursements.


Loan Products The candidate may work with products such as:

  • Home Loans
  • Loan Against Property (LAP)
  • Housing loan (HL)
  • Balance Transfer & Top-Up
  • Business Loans
  • Personal Loans
  • Working Capital / OD & CC


Performance Expectations Lead Generation → Calling → Follow-Up → Conversion → Loan Disbursement → Customer Relationship → Business Growth
