Job Description
Department: Logistics / Operations
Location: Delhi / NCR
Experience: 1–3 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the transportation and delivery of generators, spare parts, and other materials.
- Plan and monitor dispatches from warehouse to customer/site locations.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, vendors, and internal sales/operations teams.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch documents, delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and transportation records.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Follow up with drivers and transporters regarding delivery status.
- Maintain records of vehicle details, freight charges, delivery schedules, and PODs.
- Handle logistics-related customer and site-team queries.
- Coordinate loading and unloading of heavy equipment while ensuring proper documentation.
- Monitor transportation costs and assist in controlling logistics expenses.
- Maintain daily and monthly logistics reports.
- Resolve delivery delays, transportation issues, and other logistics-related problems.
