About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious and commercially oriented BBA LLB graduate to join our real estate development company as a Management Trainee.

This is a high-exposure role offering the opportunity to work closely with senior management and gain practical experience across the complete real estate development lifecycle — from land acquisition and legal due diligence to approvals, contracts, project development, commercial strategy and business development.

The position is particularly suited to candidates who want to build a long-term career in Real Estate, Corporate Management, Business Development and Legal/Commercial Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Land & Legal Due Diligence

- Assist in examining land titles, ownership records and property documents.

- Coordinate with legal consultants on title searches and due diligence.

- Assist in identifying legal, regulatory and commercial risks.

- Maintain and organise project and land documentation.

Contracts & Legal Documentation

- Assist in drafting, reviewing and maintaining agreements, MoUs, JDAs, lease agreements, vendor agreements and other commercial contracts.

- Coordinate with internal and external legal advisors.

- Conduct research on applicable real estate laws and regulations.

Approvals & Regulatory Matters

- Assist in tracking statutory and project approvals.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants and approval specialists.

- Maintain approval trackers and project documentation.

Business Development & Acquisitions

- Assist senior management in evaluating new land and development opportunities.

- Conduct market, competitor and project research.

- Assist in preparing feasibility studies, proposals, term sheets and presentations.

- Support negotiations and commercial discussions.

Project & Management Coordination

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.

- Track project milestones and action points.

- Prepare MIS reports and management presentations.

- Attend meetings with senior management and assist with follow-ups.

Commercial & Strategic Exposure

- Assist in analysing project costs, revenues and profitability.

- Support preparation of business plans and financial/commercial models.

- Undertake special projects and strategic assignments given by senior management.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate who is:

- Ambitious, intelligent and highly motivated.

- A BBA LLB graduate with a strong interest in real estate.

- Commercially minded with an understanding of both business and law.

- Excellent in communication, drafting and presentation.

- Strong in analytical and research skills.

- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

- Comfortable interacting with senior management and external consultants.

- Willing to travel for site visits and meetings when required.

- A self-starter who can take responsibility and ownership of assignments.

Career Opportunity

This is not a routine trainee position. The selected candidate will receive exposure to multiple aspects of real estate development and may work directly with senior management.
