Manager - Business Development
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire strategic locations for EV charging stations through market mapping and feasibility analysis.
- Develop partnerships with malls, RWAs, commercial parks, fleet operators, fuel stations, and other property owners.
- Lead commercial negotiations and finalize lease, rental, and revenue-sharing agreements.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and compliance teams for contract execution and statutory approvals.
- Ensure timely installation and commissioning of charging stations through effective vendor management.
- Monitor adherence to safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
- Drive local marketing and BTL initiatives to improve charger visibility and utilization.
- Maintain MIS dashboards and track key business metrics, project status, and network performance.
Experience

- 5-10 years of overall experience.
- 3+ years in Business Development, Site Acquisition, Infrastructure Expansion, or EV Charging.
- Experience in commercial negotiations, stakeholder management, and project execution preferred.
