Marketing & Strategic Planning Manager
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across digital, offline, and trade channels.
- Own brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for new and existing products/services.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI tracking across campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and regional teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business goals.
- Oversee marketing campaign performance, using data analytics to optimize outcomes.
- Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, finance, and product teams to ensure cohesive execution of strategic initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, consultants, and vendors.
- Lead and mentor a small team of marketing executives/analysts, if applicable.
- You keep in touch with customers, build the customer relationships, understand the importance and interdependence of internal customer relationships, balance planning with actions, research initiatives and try innovative ways, You stay aligned with your goals and stay productive, focus on priorities and set stretch goals, apply systems and technology to stay on track, convert ideas into actions and produce results with new initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 6–10 years of experience in marketing, strategic planning, or business consulting roles, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that delivered measurable business results.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, financial modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to senior leadership.
- Experience managing budgets, agency relationships, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar).
