About Faunwalk
Faunwalk is a Delhi based D2C fragrance and candle brand. We sell on our own website and across Myntra, Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, BigBasket, Ajio and more. We are a small, fast moving team and this role sits directly with the founder.
The role
We are hiring a Marketplace Associate to own our marketplace growth in house. You will start by running Myntra end to end, then take on Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa and our other channels as you settle in.
What you will do
Run Myntra day to day: listings, pricing, discount planning, catalogue health and seller panel operations
Plan and manage marketplace ads (Myntra ads first, then Amazon and Flipkart ads) within set budgets and ROI targets
Track daily sales, ad spend, ROI, sell through and inventory, and report weekly
Keep discounts within agreed floors and ceilings so we grow without hurting margins
Coordinate with marketplace account managers on POs, ledgers, payments and campaigns
Audit and fix listings: images, titles, descriptions, keywords and reviews
Expand to other marketplaces once Myntra is running well
What we are looking for
1 to 2 years of experience on Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart or Nykaa seller panels (freshers with strong ecommerce internships can apply)
Hands on with marketplace ads and comfortable reading ROI and ACoS numbers
Strong in Excel or Google Sheets
Organised, self driven and quick to follow up
Interest in beauty, fragrance or lifestyle brands is a plus
Pay and perks
Fixed pay of Rs 22,500 per month
Plus incentives linked to sales (variable, based on performance)
Hybrid setup: part office in Naraina, Delhi, part work from home
Direct exposure to the founder and real ownership of a growing channel
