Member Services Executive – Loyalty Program
We’re Hiring: Member Services Executive – Loyalty Program
Location: On-site | New Delhi
Role: Full-time | Non-Sales | Member Support Executive
Eligibility: Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply!
Your Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from loyalty program members
- Assist members with booking requests, membership queries, and benefit clarifications
- Manage escalations with empathy and resolve within defined TAT (Turnaround Time)
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions
- Represent The Lalit’s commitment to guest delight in every interaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-first attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Basic knowledge of hospitality or loyalty programs is a plus
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends/holidays
