PERFORMANCE MARKETING EXECUTIVE (META ADS)

Location : Omaxe World Street, Sector-79 faridabad
in Performance Marketing with Meta Ads expertise
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✓ Plan, create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
✓ Audience research, targeting and segmentation
✓ A/B testing, creative testing and campaign optimisation
✓ Monitor campaign performance and daily reporting
✓ Manage ad budgets to ensure maximum ROI
✓ Analyse data and provide actionable insights
✓ Stay updated with Meta platform changes and best practices
✓ Collaborate with the team for better campaign performance
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
✓ 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads
✓ Strong understanding of campaign objectives, audiences, placements, bidding and optimisation
✓ Experience with Lead Generation, Conversion, Traffic and Sales campaigns
✓ Excellent analytical and optimisation skills
✓ Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Excel, Pixel/CAPI and Events Manager
✓ Good understanding of reporting tools and dashboards
✓ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
