Hiring: Mobile Technician (L2 / L3 / L4) & Team Leader (TRC)Company: Reloved Gadgets Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Mohan Garden, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi

  • Open Positions:Mobile Technician – L2
  • Mobile Technician – L3
  • Mobile Technician – L4
  • Team Leader – TRC
  • Job ResponsibilitiesMobile Technician (L2/L3/L4)Diagnose and repair Android smartphones.
  • Replace and repair mobile components (Display, Battery, Charging Jack, Camera, Speaker, Mic, etc.).
  • Perform software flashing, OS installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Identify motherboard-level faults (L3/L4).
  • Ensure quality standards and complete repairs within TAT.
  • Maintain repair records and follow company SOPs.
  • Team Leader (TRC)Lead and manage the technician team.
  • Allocate daily repair tasks and monitor productivity.
  • Ensure repair quality and timely completion of targets.
  • Train and guide junior technicians.
  • Coordinate with QC and Operations teams.
  • Prepare daily performance and production reports.

RequirementsMobile Technician (L2/L3/L4)

  • Minimum 1–5 years of mobile repairing experience.
  • Good knowledge of Android smartphone repair.
  • Hands-on experience in hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.

Team Leader

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mobile repairing.
  • At least 1 year of Team Handling experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
