Job Description

  1. मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Roles & Responsibilities)ऑफिस की साफ-सफाई और रखरखाव का ध्यान रखना।
  2. ऑफिस स्टाफ और आने वाले मेहमानों को चाय, कॉफी और पानी सर्व करना।
  3. ऑफिस में जरूरी फाइलों, दस्तावेजों और अन्य सामान को एक स्थान से दूसरे स्थान तक पहुँचाना।
  4. ऑफिस के लिए स्टेशनरी, चाय, कॉफी और अन्य आवश्यक सामान की व्यवस्था करना।
  5. ऑफिस के किचन और पेंट्री को साफ-सुथरा रखना।
  6. ऑफिस में आने वाले मेहमानों का स्वागत करना और उन्हें उचित स्थान पर बैठाना।
  7. फोटोकॉपी, प्रिंटआउट और स्कैनिंग जैसे छोटे-मोटे ऑफिस के काम करना।
  8. ऑफिस के अन्य दैनिक कार्यों में मैनेजमेंट और कर्मचारियों की सहायता करना।
  9. ऑफिस के सभी सामान और उपकरणों का सही तरीके से रखरखाव करना।
  • आवश्यक योग्यताएँ (Requirements)न्यूनतम 10वीं या 12वीं पास।
  • ऑफिस बॉय के रूप में अनुभव रखने वाले उम्मीदवार को प्राथमिकता।
  • साफ-सुथरा और व्यवस्थित रहने वाला होना चाहिए।
  • समय का पाबंद और जिम्मेदार होना चाहिए।
  • विनम्र व्यवहार और अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन स्किल होनी चाहिए।
  • दिए गए निर्देशों का पालन करने और टीम के साथ काम करने की क्षमता होनी चाहिए।
