About the RoleWe are looking for an organized and proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations, stock, distributor coordination, PI processing, dispatches, and payment follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain stock/inventory records and monitor stock movement.
• Coordinate with distributors/dealers for orders, stock requirements, and dispatches.
• Prepare and manage Proforma Invoices (PI) and track their status.
• Coordinate with Sales and Accounts for order processing and payment confirmation.
• Follow up with distributors for pending payments and outstanding amounts.
• Maintain distributor-wise payment, order, PI, and stock records.
• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for timely order delivery.
• Identify and follow up on slow-moving/non-moving stock for clearance.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports related to stock, orders, PI, and payments.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, Dispatch, and Management to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Experience in stock/inventory and distributor management.
• Good understanding of PI and order processing.
• Strong payment follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong follow-up, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
