Operation Executive

This role is not sales-focused. Your primary responsibility will be to manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with hospitals and clients, and ensure a smooth and positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operational activities
• Coordinate and communicate with hospitals for tie-ups and ongoing requirements
• Maintain strong relationships with hospitals and clients
• Handle client queries and ensure a smooth customer experience
• Coordinate internally to ensure operations are completed on time
• Manage documentation, follow-ups and regular operational tasks

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good confidence and professional communication
• Someone who can speak and coordinate with clients/hospitals comfortably
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Freshers with the right attitude and confidence can also apply

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Monday to Friday: Work from Office

Saturday: Work from Home
