Job Description
Manage and oversee daily operations of the company / department
Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and processes
Ensure operational efficiency and achieve productivity targets
Lead, motivate, and manage the operations team (including rostering, training, performance review)
Coordinate with other departments - HR, Sales, Finance, and Logistics Monitor budgets, expenses, and optimize operational costs
Ensure quality standards, compliance, and timely delivery of services / productsAnalyze operational data, prepare reports, and present to senior management
Resolve operational issues, client escalations, and process bottlenecks
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
