Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities :-Process and manage daily orders without errors.
  • Schedule dispatches and ensure timelines are met.
  • Track shipments end-to-end and take follow-ups proactively.
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement and stock planning.
  • Manage inventory updates and avoid stock mismatches.
  • Handle and coordinate with delivery personnel for smooth - last-mile delivery.
  • Identify issues in operations and fix them before they escalate.



  • Key Requirements :-

  • 2–3 years of experience in operations / data handling / logistics.
  • Someone who takes ownership—not just follows instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail (mistakes here directly impact customers).
  • Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Ability to handle pressure during high order volumes.
  • Good communication skills for internal coordination.
  • Preferred Skills :-Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or operations.
  • Understanding of order lifecycle and inventory flow.
  • Familiarity with order management systems or CRM tools.
  • Fast learner with a problem-solving mindset.
