Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily packaging operations and staff.
- Ensure packaging materials are available and used properly.
- Maintain packaging quality standards and hygiene.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance when required.
- Reduce packaging errors, wastage, and downtime.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
- Prepare packaging reports and inventory records.
- Handle vendor coordination for packaging materials.
- Support new packaging development and process improvement.
