Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily packaging operations and staff.
  • Ensure packaging materials are available and used properly.
  • Maintain packaging quality standards and hygiene.
  • Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance when required.
  • Reduce packaging errors, wastage, and downtime.
  • Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
  • Prepare packaging reports and inventory records.
  • Handle vendor coordination for packaging materials.
  • Support new packaging development and process improvement.
