Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
- Explain prosthetic & orthotic products, services and pricing.
- Generate, qualify and follow up on leads.
- Schedule patient consultations, assessments and appointments.
- Convert enquiries into appointments and sales.
- Maintain leads, follow-ups and customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with clinical, sales and production teams.
- Handle customer queries and provide professional support.
- Conduct post-sales and patient follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/monthly calling, appointment and sales targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly calling and sales reports.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Hindi & English communication preferred.
- Good follow-up and sales skills.
- Customer-focused, empathetic and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, WhatsApp and email.
