Job Description

  • Handle patient enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and social media.
  • Explain prosthetic & orthotic products and services.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate patient visits.
  • Follow up on enquiries, quotations and pending patients.
  • Maintain patient data and daily follow-up records.
  • Build good relationships with patients and attendants.
  • Achieve monthly appointment and sales targets.
