Plant Operations Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a multi-skilled Plant Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations at our ice cream manufacturing plant. This role involves client handling, order processing, dispatch coordination, production oversight, inventory tracking, data entry, and occasional fieldwork.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Handle client communications, order processing, and inquiries.
• Manage dispatch schedules, coordinate deliveries, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Oversee production operations and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain inventory records and track raw materials & finished goods.
• Enter daily data in software (Excel or ERP).

• Requirements:
• 0-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or FMCG sales.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, or any business software.
• Good communication skills for client handling.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with occasional fieldwork (vendor visits, customer coordination, plant requirements).
