Job Description
1. Store Maintenance: Keep the shop floor and shelves clean and organized at all times.
2. Customer Service: Be polite and friendly to all customers. Greet them courteously upon entry to ensure they feel welcome.
3. Sales Floor Support: Serve customers efficiently at the cash register and on the shop floor. Proactively ascertain customer needs and provide recommendations or nutritional information as required.
4. Merchandising: Replenish stock continuously and arrange product displays to promote sales.
5. Loss Prevention: Remain vigilant regarding security risks and potential theft to minimize losses.
6. Policy & Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, payment/exchange policies, and security practices.
7. Financial Accuracy: Efficiently process payments and manage cash register duties, including opening/closing procedures, balancing drawers, and making deposits to ensure strict cash control.
