Job Summary,
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Team Leader to manage and guide the sales team, handle clients, coordinate property visits, and drive sales conversions for residential and commercial properties.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Assign and monitor leads among Sales Executives.
- Guide the team on lead follow-ups, client handling, and sales conversion.
- Coordinate with clients and understand their property requirements.
- Conduct and manage property/site visits with prospective clients.
- Handle negotiations, follow-ups, and support the team during the closing process.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, builders, dealers, and channel partners.
- Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
- Ensure proper and timely CRM updates by the sales team.
- Track team performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Train and support new team members in real estate sales processes.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate revenue.
- Handle field work and market visits as required.
- Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.
- Requirements3–8+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Experience in residential and/or commercial real estate.
- Previous experience in team handling or leadership preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of the Delhi/NCR real estate market will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field work.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and sales activities effectively.
- Strong follow-up and closing skills.
