Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team in Delhi NCR.

The candidate will be responsible for generating business, developing client relationships, identifying real estate opportunities, and closing high-value residential and commercial property transactions.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), leading real estate developers, multinational corporations (MNCs), and institutional clients across Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new business opportunities in the Delhi NCR real estate market.
• Identify potential buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, developers, investors, and institutional clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property site visits, client meetings, and presentations.
• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close real estate transactions.
• Develop and maintain an independent client network and referral base.
• Follow up on company-provided leads and convert them into successful transactions.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, property prices, and key micro-markets.
• Participate in marketing activities, including Instagram reels, YouTube videos, and other promotional content.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or property consulting.
• Strong knowledge of the Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida real estate markets.
• Understanding of residential and/or commercial real estate.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing abilities.
• Existing client network and the ability to generate independent business.
• Excellent relationship management and client-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for property visits and client meetings.
• Comfortable appearing in social media videos, reels, and marketing content.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and target-oriented approach.

• Fixed monthly salary of up to ₹30,000, negotiable based on experience and performance.
