About the Job We are a real estate channel partner in Rohini. We sell builder floors, plots and commercial shops to both self-use buyers and investors.
- Your Work Call qualified leads and fix site visits.
- Take customers to site visits.
- Explain builder floors, plots and shops, and negotiate with customers.
- Follow up on booking and documentation until closing.
- Make daily entries in the CRM.
- Who Can Apply Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience (Delhi NCR preferred).
- Good communication in Hindi and English.
- Good grooming and a professional way of talking to customers.
- Ready for field work, site visits and long hours.
- Own two-wheeler preferred.
- Knowledge of builder floors, plots or shops is a plus.
- Living in or near Rohini is preferred.
- Not Suitable For Freshers or people without real estate sales experience.
