Job Role
- Drive the overall business strategy and growth of the Automobile Dealer Finance portfolio across the South and North Regions
- Establish and deepen relationships with leading automobile dealers, OEMs, and key ecosystem partners.
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve business, profitability, and productivity objectives.
- Ensure effective portfolio management through disciplined risk assessment, credit quality monitoring, and compliance adherence.
- Identify market opportunities and implement strategic initiatives to enhance market share and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver superior customer experience and sustainable business growth.
Job Requirements
- Graduate (MBA preferred).
- Relevant experience in Dealer Finance, Vehicle Finance, Commercial Banking, Working Capital, or related financial services businesses.
- Proven leadership experience with a strong track record of business development and team management.
- Strong relationship management, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
