Retail Executive

This is 24*7 retail store, should be comfortable with rotational shifts.

​We are looking for energetic and reliable team members to handle day-to-day operations at our 24/7 convenience store and café setup. You will be responsible for customer service, quick food and beverage prep, billing, and maintaining store standards.

• ​Key Responsibilities​Café & Food Assembly: Prepare quick-serve café items including wraps, sandwiches, hot snacks, and fresh rolls following standard hygiene protocols.
• ​Beverage Preparation: Make cold coffee, thick shakes, smoothies, tea, and espresso beverages to order.
• ​Store Billing & POS: Handle cashier duties, operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, scan products, and manage cash/UPI/card transactions accurately.
• ​Stock & Inventory Management: Receive incoming inventory, restock display shelves and chillers, track expiry dates, and alert management of low-stock items.
• ​Store Upkeep & Hygiene: Keep the café counter, prep equipment, and store aisle clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards.
• ​Customer Service: Assist walk-in customers, answer basic product queries, and ensure a safe, welcoming store environment during day and night shifts.
