Retail Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As the face of our showroom, you will assist customers in finding apparel that fits their style and preference, ensure exceptional service, and maintain an organized, welcoming shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities

Bullet Customer Service: Greeting incoming customers, understanding their styling needs, and guiding them through our apparel collections.

Bullet Sales Generation: Demonstrating product knowledge, suggesting matching items or accessories (cross-selling/up-selling), and achieving daily sales targets.

Bullet Showroom Maintenance: Ensuring garments are properly displayed, folded, tagged, and organized on racks; maintaining overall store cleanliness.

Bullet Stock Management: Assisting with inventory counts, restocking displays from the trial rooms/stockroom, and reporting low-stock items to management.

Bullet Checkout Assistance: Guiding customers through billing and packaging as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bullet Education: Minimum 10th/12th Pass or Diploma.

Bullet Skills:

Bullet Good verbal communication skills (Hindi / basic English).

Bullet Friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

Bullet Basic understanding of current fashion trends and fabrics.

Bullet Attributes: Punctual, proactive, honest, and comfortable working standing up during peak business hours.
