Job Summary:

Kemfotech RO Systems is seeking a skilled and reliable RO Technician to handle installation, servicing, repair, and maintenance of domestic and commercial RO systems. The ideal candidate should have technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a customer-friendly approach to deliver quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and repair RO water purifiers at customer locations
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and filter replacements
• Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions
• Maintain service records and update customer history
• Educate customers on RO usage, maintenance, and safety guidelines
• Manage service calls, respond promptly, and ensure timely completion
• Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams for smooth operations
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Follow safety protocols during all on-site visits

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in RO installation and servicing (freshers with technical training can also apply)
• Basic understanding of water purification systems and plumbing
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good communication skills and customer handling ability
• Physically fit to handle equipment and travel for service calls
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
