### Key Responsibilities
*Telecalling & Client Follow-ups:*
Connect with B2B clients through calls, follow up with leads, understand requirements, and maintain regular client communication.
*Video Content Creation:*
Create short-form videos/reels showcasing products, collections, and offers for social media and business promotion.
*B2B Counter Sales:*
Handle walk-in B2B clients, understand their requirements, showcase products, assist with selections, and convert enquiries into sales.
*Customer Relationship Management:*
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients and ensure smooth communication and follow-ups.
*Candidate Preference:*
Candidates based in Delhi are preferred, especially those who can conveniently commute to *Chandni Chowk*.
