Experience: 1–7 Years
Qualification: Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Production Engineering or related field
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Sales Engineer to develop B2B business with industrial and manufacturing customers. The role involves customer visits, new business development, enquiry generation, quotation follow-ups and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new customers and business opportunities in industrial sectors.
- Visit factories, manufacturing plants, EPC companies, OEMs and other industrial customers.
- Promote industrial products such as valves, control valves, gaskets, belts, steam & automation products and engineering components.
- Generate enquiries, prepare/follow up quotations and convert enquiries into orders.
- Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate with the internal team for suitable solutions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, visits, email and WhatsApp.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate CRM/Bitrix24 records.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements.
- Travel within the assigned territory for customer visits and business development.
- Candidate Profile1–7 years of experience in B2B industrial/engineering sales preferred.
- Good technical understanding and communication skills.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Existing industrial customer network will be an advantage.
