About the Role

Smart Safety India is looking for a confident and motivated Female Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, generating leads, explaining products, following up with prospects and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Communicate with potential and existing customers professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Promote and sell Smart Safety India products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers for orders.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer support.
• Maintain basic sales records and customer information.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass.
• Freshers are welcome to apply; 0–2 years of sales experience is preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic/intermediate English.
• Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
• Confident, presentable and customer-friendly.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Previous experience in sales, e-commerce, electronics, CCTV or security products will be an advantage.
