Job Description

  • Handle incoming leads and enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
  • Explain packages, pricing, features, and benefits to prospective customers.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and nurture prospects through the sales process.
  • Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
  • Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM/sales tools.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Prepare and share regular sales updates and reports.
