Job Description
Engage with prospective customers to understand their electricity usage, site context, budget expectations, and solar adoption goals.
Explain rooftop solar system options, expected benefits, commercial terms, and implementation steps in a simple and credible manner.
Coordinate with internal technical teams for site feasibility inputs, system design clarifications, and proposal preparation.
Follow up with leads, maintain customer communication, and support timely closure of qualified opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requirements, proposal status, and sales progress.
Represent the company professionally during calls, meetings, field visits, and in-person customer discussions.
