Job Description

Experience in Business Loan, LAP, Personal Loan, DSA, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services will be an advantage.

Maintain daily call records, lead status, and follow-up data in CRM/MIS.

Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding Business Loans.

Understand the customer's business profile, turnover, loan requirement, and eligibility.

Explain loan products, interest rates, tenure, and other applicable terms.

Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
