About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Mutual Fund Distribution Manager to drive business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and expansion of the mutual fund distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new retail, HNI, corporate, and institutional investors.
• Build relationships with clients, financial advisors, mutual fund distributors, and channel partners.
• Generate business through direct sales, referrals, networking, and partnerships.
• Drive growth in Assets Under Management (AUM), SIPs, lump-sum investments, and revenue.
• Explain mutual fund products and investment options to prospective clients.
• Manage leads, conduct client meetings, follow up with prospects, and convert them into customers.
• Build a strong business pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing and regulatory compliance.
• Track market trends and prepare regular business performance reports.

Candidate Requirements

2–4 years of experience in mutual fund distribution, wealth management, broking, banking, or financial product sales.

• Good understanding of mutual funds, SIPs, and investment concepts.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, and client acquisition.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and achieve business targets.
• Relevant NISM certification in mutual fund distribution will be an advantage.
