Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly company sales and revenue targets.
- Increase the lead-to-booking conversion rate.
- Monitor daily sales and revenue performance of the sales team.
- Set individual and team sales targets and ensure achievement.
- Train sales executives on product knowledge, sales pitch, objection handling, follow-up, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Conduct regular sales training and coaching sessions to improve team performance and conversion.
- Identify low-performing sales executives and provide focused training and corrective action.
- Ensure proper and timely follow-up of all genuine and high-value leads.
- Increase booking value through upselling and cross-selling of tour packages, hotels, transfers, and other travel services.
- Improve sales scripts, follow-up methods, closing techniques, and overall sales processes.
- Review daily target vs. achievement and take immediate action in case of shortfall.
- Regularly report key sales numbers to management, including total revenue, bookings, conversion rate, average booking value, executive-wise revenue, and target achievement.
