1. Sales Manager (1 Position): Male/Female
· Experience Required: 3–5 years of retail sales experience (Automobile - 2Wheelers). Minimum 1 year in a team lead/managerial role.
· Key Responsibilities:
o Lead, motivate, and manage the showroom sales team to achieve monthly vehicle sales targets.
o Oversee test rides, customer inquiries, and the final delivery process.
o Plan and execute local marketing activities (canvasing, roadshows, corporate displays).
o Handle customer escalations and maintain high satisfaction levels.
· Key Skills: Team leadership, target-driven mindset, excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
