Job Description

Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and increase conversions.

* Handle customer inquiries, site visits, negotiations, and booking closures.

* Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance and training.

* Track sales pipelines, follow-ups, site visits, and conversion ratios.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

* Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams for effective lead management and customer handling.

* Prepare and share regular sales reports and performance updates with management.

* Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.

* Ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the sales process.
