Job Description
Source home loan and LAP business through builders, property dealers, DSAs, CAs, lawyers, existing customers and other market contacts.
Build and maintain a strong referral network across assigned Delhi NCR locations.
Generate qualified leads, meet prospective customers and understand their funding requirements.
Assess basic eligibility, collect documents and coordinate with credit, operations and lender teams.
Track each case from lead generation and login through sanction and disbursement.
Meet monthly targets for login, sanction and disbursement while maintaining case quality.
Keep customers and referral partners updated with timely, accurate follow-ups.
Maintain a regular pipeline, visit plan and sales MIS.
Monitor local market activity and identify new sourcing opportunities.
