Job Description
About the Role:
Aidotics Private Limited is hiring a full-time Sales & Marketing Executive for our office-based sales team. The role will involve both B2B sales of Aidotics BMS to healthcare businesses and onboarding healthcare professionals onto the Aidotics Partner platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Call and follow up with healthcare bureaus, agencies and business owners for Aidotics BMS.
• Explain the BMS platform, understand business requirements and coordinate product demos.
• Convert interested businesses into trials and paid customers.
• Contact nurses, attendants, caregivers and other healthcare professionals for Partner App onboarding.
• Explain platform benefits and assist partners with registration, profile completion and activation.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
• Update lead status and sales activities in the CRM.
• Work towards monthly sales, onboarding and conversion targets.
Candidate Requirements:
• Graduate preferred.
• Freshers as well as experienced candidates can apply.
• Strong Hindi/Hinglish communication and basic English.
• Comfortable with outbound calling, follow-ups and target-based sales.
• Basic computer, smartphone and CRM understanding.
• Candidates with experience in B2B sales, SaaS, healthcare, recruitment, staffing, telecalling or inside sales will be preferred.
