Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive who will be responsible for expanding our distributor network, onboarding new distributors, and driving sales through outbound calling and relationship management.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new distributors, dealers, and business partners across assigned markets.
• Generate leads through online research, databases, references, and other business channels.
• Make outbound calls to prospective distributors and introduce the company's products and business opportunities.
• Follow up regularly with leads and convert prospects into active distributors.
• Onboard new distributors by explaining product range, pricing, margins, schemes, and business terms.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and support them in generating repeat orders.
• Achieve monthly sales, distributor onboarding, and revenue targets.
• Promote and sell the company's products through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other digital communication channels.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, orders, and distributor information.
• Coordinate with the operations and dispatch teams to ensure smooth processing of distributor orders.
• Collect market feedback regarding product demand, pricing, competitors, and customer requirements.
• Identify opportunities to expand sales into new territories and markets.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on lead conversion, distributor onboarding, and sales performance.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, business development, distributor sales, or channel sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and following up with prospects.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, WhatsApp, and email.
• Ability to understand product details and confidently explain them to distributors.
• Prior experience in FMCG, automobile products, car care products, cleaning products, or consumer products will be an advantage.
• Candidates with experience in distributor/dealer network development will be preferred.
