Sales & Marketing Manager

We are looking for a confident, organized, and target-oriented Sales & Office Manager to manage day-to-day office operations while handling sales calls, leads, follow-ups, and client communication.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily office operations and coordinate with the team
• Handle incoming sales calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and leads
• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into registrations/sales
• Maintain customer and lead records
• Coordinate with contestants, clients, partners, and vendors
• Meet monthly sales and revenue targets
• Prepare basic sales reports and daily updates
• Support event and pageant-related office activities
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and office schedules
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office
• Candidate RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills
• Experience in sales, telecalling, business development, or office management
• Comfortable making a high volume of follow-up calls
• Good knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, email, and basic computer applications
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• Professional attitude and good interpersonal skills
• Candidates with experience in fashion, events, pageants, media, education, or entertainment will be preferred

💰 Salary₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + incentives, depending on experience and performance.
