About the Role

Hari Om Timbers is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the plywood and decorative veneer market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to confidently present products to customers, architects, interior designers, dealers, and other business clients.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new sales opportunities and develop new customers.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.

Present and explain plywood and decorative veneer products, features, benefits, and applications.

Conduct product presentations and confidently handle customer queries.

Visit architects, interior designers, contractors, dealers, and project sites to generate business.

Identify market opportunities and keep track of competitor activities and pricing.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Follow up with leads, quotations, and prospective customers.

Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.

Maintain regular sales reports and customer records.

Promote new products and maintain strong market visibility for Hari Om Timbers.

Required Skills

Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in plywood, veneers, laminates, furniture, interiors, or building materials.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

Good knowledge of plywood and decorative veneer products.

Confident and professional personality.

Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Strong follow-up and target-oriented approach.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel will be an advantage.

Ability to travel locally for client and market visits.
